Exhibitors may have two entries in each class. All plants and flowers must be grown by the Exhibitor or in their possession for at least two months.
Buds showing colour will be counted as blooms. When the list indicates number of blooms, the buds should be removed. Own foliage is allowed in cut flowers.
TERMS:
Bloom - an individual flower, one to a stem, specimen blooms should be de-budded for quality exhibit
Foliage - leaves of trees, shrubs and other plants
Spike - an upright stem carrying several flowers
Spray - a portion of a plant carrying a number of flowers
Stem or Stalk - a plant structure carrying one or more flowers and/or buds
